Non-Alcoholic Mojito

Directions
  1. Fill a pint glass 1/3 full with ice, then add mint leaves.
  2. Add the lime juice and sugar syrup.
  3. Lightly mash the leaves together with the liquid using a muddle stick or wooden pestle, careful not to tear the leaves.
  4. Fill the glass with more ice, then add club soda.
  5. Garnish with mint.

Cranberry Rosemary Refresher


Directions
  1. Add water to a covered saucepan or small pot and bring to a boil. 
  2. Add the rosemary, and lower heat to a simmer for 5 minutes. 
  3. Remove from heat and let steep, covered, for one hour. 
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  5. Juice the cranberries and apples. 
  6. Mix it with the chilled rosemary water. 
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve over ice.

Non-Alcoholic Mint Julep


Directions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar and 1 tablespoon of chopped mint.
  2. Stir and bring to a boil. 
  3. Cook until sugar has dissolved, then remove from heat and set aside to cool. 
  4. After about an hour, strain out mint leaves.
  5. Fill 2 cups or frozen goblets with crushed ice. 
  6. Pour 1/2 of the lemonade into each glass and top with a splash of the sugar syrup.
  7. Garnish each with a mint sprig and a straw. Serve on a silver platter.

Non-Alcoholic Millionaire Sour


Directions
  1. Add 2 ounces lemon simple syrup & 2 ounces ginger ale.
  2. Shaker with 1/4 filled with ice. 
  3. Shake it.
  4. Strain into ice filled glass.
  5. Add 1/4 shot grenadine.
  6. Garnish with lemon slice & cherry.

DIY Wraping Paper



  1. cut up 1/4 potato as a seal
  2. smear red pigment on the one side of potato
  3. stamp the potato seal on prepared wrap paper
  4. painting the rest part, using green pigment as the watermelon rind,black pigment as seeds
  5. package the gift or cards using the wraping paper you made, and tied up use a ribbon. Finished!


Photo Puzzle





  1. prepare 16 wooden cubes(or if you want 25), a frame box, a piece of plastic, and a photo
  2. print your photo and keep the height and width as same as the length of 4 cubes 
  3. cut up the photo into 16 pieces
  4. use the glue to stick one piece of photo and a wooden cube
  5. paint the flame box with the color you like
  6. cut the plastic and glue it inside the box to finish the window
  7. Then put the cubes all in the flame box
  8. "If you want you can attach up 6 photos, one for each side of the cube"
